Hi everyone!
Ed will be firing up the smokers for Easter! Ham and cedar plank smoked salmon will be on the menu again this year. Pick-up available Saturday, April 4 at our house in Vinings. We will send you with reheating instructions. If you are going out of town and need it earlier, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
Spiral Sliced, Double Smoked Ham with an Apricot Glaze (10 - 12 lbs) - $75
Cedar Plank Smoked Salmon (Approx 3 lb full salmon filet) - $85
Deadline to order for Easter is end of day Friday, March 27, but I expect we will reach capacity before the deadline so please don't wait!
